I have done organizational and business development projects based on artistic methods since 2017. My projects have included foresight, change management, business and service development, creativity, and making tacit knowledge visible.

DoTheTalk creative consultancy service to bring tacit knowledge to organizations to help strategic development and communications. Co-created with artistic researcher Analu Fretta Barros.
Futuarts workshop concept is to bring together professionals from different fields in an equal and dialogic way. The concept is developed with Krista Petäjäjärvi from the Finnish Arts Promotion Center.
Mielikuvapesula performative workshop concept to engage participants to recognize and discuss mental images and cognitive biases. Developed together with specialists in psychology and arts education.
